Membership - A voting member shall be anyone making a yearly donation of $25 or more.

Officers - There shall be a President, Vice-president, and a Secretary/Treasurer.  The terms of the officers shall be two (2) consecutive years, with elections held every two (2) years.

Committees - A financial committe shall be elected every two (2) years and consist of three (3) members.  Othe committees shall be appointed as deemed necessary.

Meetings - Meetings shall happen annually in the last quarter of the year, usually in October.

Lots - Lots are to be paid for in advanced before burial with the cost of $1,000 per lot.  Exceptions may be made by the president for charitable reasons.  MAXIMUM OF 6 LOTS.
